We are holding the leader’s status in the Estonian market for the roll materials used in food industry and are constantly strengthening our position in the Baltic countries, Scandinavian countries and Russia.
Thanks to the modern flexographic printing presses, we can offer very attractive high quality solutions printed in up to eight colours for the packages of many food products. Our single- and three-layer extruders enable to manufacture LDPE films suitable for different products and packaging lines. We purchase other necessary film materials (PP, PET, PA etc) as ready-made and subsequently print and laminate them.
In 2001, we launched laminated packaging materials that enable to give packages a more attractive look, greater durability and special qualities that ensure a considerably longer “Best before” date for food products. All these advantages are achieved by means of different aspects, among others, by gluing together high barrier materials. For laminates, the print remains between two materials, thus, we can also offer packages that endure heating and pasteurisation.
In 2005, we widened our product selection by printed thermo-shrinking film that is used by beer- and soft drink manufacturers for wholesale packaging. Today we offer a new matte thermo-shrinking film that, with its exclusive appearance, promotes the visibility of the packaged products in stores by making them stand out. In 2009, we introduced an alternative for polypropylene plastic bags to the market, i.e. polyethylene plastic bags with similar qualities that are primarily intended for packaging bread.
